Mechanical Engineer (New product Development, Hydraulics, Tier IV

application engineer and Sheet metal Engineer)

. Working as a Project engineer for the Hydraulic Excavator product

. Lead vehicle and engine integration and packaging projects for OEM

systems, including cooling, air intake, fuel, and exhaust systems;

engine mounting, and air compressors. Work with the OEM on engine

mounting system design and component selection and ensure installation

standards are met.

. Designed, analyzed and developed new parts required for installations

such as exhaust manifold, engine front support, rear support, fan

designing and routing harness across the different subsystems of the

machine.

. Worked with the suppliers and customers regarding the failures and the

design consideration required to build harness.

. Responsible for the field failures of the harness and to find an
