working predominately in high rise office complexes and data

Professional Experience
Jan. 2010 to March 2010 DELL/Perot Systems Plano, TX
Duties included maintaining 1 million square ft. of office
space and data floor for a 12 building campus. Performed all
required maintenance on air conditioning systems including,
troubleshooting and repairs on VAV and CAV fan box units.
Performed programmed maintenance on large air handler units.
Performed weekly run tests on all building generators. Worked
with CSI energy management system. Worked with Honeywell fire
protection systems.
Dec. 1999 to Mar. 2009 Countrywide/Bank of America/CBRE Richardson, TX
Duties involved being the Chief Engineer for the Facility
Service Department in an 800,000 sq. ft. office building
complex. Oversaw all required maintenance on air
conditioning systems including running and maintaining York
Chillers and Trane Chillers. Troubleshooting and repairing VAV
and fan powered boxes. Worked with Robert Shaw Network 8000
Energy Management System. Oversaw all electrical and plumbing
repairs. Supervised contractors and vendors. Also worked
with Notifier and Simplex Grinnell Fire Monitoring Systems.
May 1996 to Dec. 1999 EDS/Johnson Controls, Plano, TX
Duties included maintaining 77,000 sq. ft. of computer floor
space. Performed all electrical and plumbing repairs.
Performed all required maintenance on Liebert DX System 0 air
conditioning and chill water units. Troubleshooting and
repairing VAV Fan Box units on a Trane, Tracer 1000 Energy
Management system. Worked with a Notifier Fire Monitoring
System. Was Safety Coordinator for my department.
August 1992 to January 1996 EPIC Center, Dallas, TX
Duties include maintaining 240,000 sq. ft. of high-rise office
space. Performed all electrical and plumbing repairs.
Performed all required maintenance on air conditioning systems
including, running and maintaining two Trane Central Vac
chillers. Troubleshooting and repairing CAV Fan Box units.
Worked with a Notifier Fire Monitoring System.
September 1990 to August 1992 North Park Office Center, Dallas, TX
Duties included maintaining 500,000 sq. ft. of office space.
Performed all electrical and plumbing repairs. Maintained
Westinghouse, Trane and Carrier chillers, also peerless hot
water boilers. Repaired all ceiling and wall damage,
maintained and repaired all door hardware including locks,
hinges and closures. Rebuilt and rekeyed locks and cut keys.
Performed air balancing in office spaces.
