The Dept. of Regulations & Licensing (DRL) issues licenses for 52 professional occupations in the State of Wisconsin
and is responsible for enforcement of regulations for licensed professions.
Consultant (employed through Aquent Inc.)
Managed several applications in various languages. Core applications were based on Oracle
front-end suite – Developer 2000; the intranet was .NET based; and the Internet utilized java –
JSP – Struts technologies.
Reviewed the department’s IT procedures and infrastructure, applying Mackenzie’s 7s-

framework and other tools like PEST and SWOT analysis to develop a report for input to the
department’s Long Term IT Strategic Plan.
Managed project from kickoff through post implementation to deliver a departmental intranet
