Researched and developed unscripted programs for NBC and other networks
such as TLC, Style and, MTV. Pitched original ideas to Director of
Development, created and managed postings for casting calls along with
contacting and maintaining relationships with talent. Also, aided sizzle
reel production both on and off set, wrote one sheets and treatments, and
organized character and idea files daily.

Maintained departmental files for potential, present, rejected, and expired
programs using Lotus
Notes. Also, screened, logged, and critiqued programs for quality,
underwriter credits, product placement, and FCC Standards.

Supervised 22-minute college reality dating show. Shot four episodes in the
studio and in the field. Controlled budget, coordinated large casting of
Emerson students, secured 4 major Boston locations for filming, designed
studio set, and oversaw entire production from hiring 15-person crew to
assisting final edits under strict deadline.

Prepared accommodations for international and domestic groups staying in
Emerson College's dorms over the summer. Provided security and 24-hour
guest services during each group's stay including room set-up and cleaning,
moving in and moving out guests, and event preparation depending on the
