High-speed scanning of paper master records of NDAs to convert them

into an electronic PDF format. Image cleaning, resizing and

formatting via use of image editing software to improve readability.

Entering properties information for each scanned document in order to

index it in Documentum database; created individual NDA folders in

Documentum for all documents related to that NDA. Used Adobe Acrobat

to insert or delete pages in completed scans, rearrange pages,

combine smaller documents into one large document, restored in

Documentum, noting newest version number on reports.

Comparison of scanned document's properties against a web-based

indexing catalog system. Disassembly and re-assembly of the paper

master record in order to prepare it for scanning and reconstruct it

after scanning. Quality review of the scanned images after editing

to ensure accuracy and completeness of the electronic file.

Validation Document Coordinator

Secure custody of validation documents during approval process; file

approved original documents and electronic copies in Validation

Library; file photocopies of originals in-house for reference

purposes; and ensure electronic access to final copies by Schering

Plough personnel and clients as required. This involved

hand-carrying bound original documents to each of three to eight

signatories, in order of appearance on signature pages, and waiting

while each reviewed the document.

Coordination of pre-approval meetings held several times a week,

providing working copies of documents to be discussed, taking minutes

during the meetings and ensuring submittance of those minutes to

Validation Department management personnel.

Part-time duties as Receptionist, filing in for breaks and lunch and

vacations, handling incoming phone calls for 500+ people; coordinate

meetings and distribute conference room calendar; meet and greet

visitors, and direct them and internal personnel to correct meeting

rooms, to offsite meetings, customer locations, etc.

Worked part-time (32 hours) per week. Reported directly to President

and Vice President. All secretarial and receptionist duties for small

consulting firm, making me "first contact" in most cases for

potential clients. Over four year time span, company staff increased

short time span, as well all correspondence; developed tables and

figures using Excel and CAD. Utilized WordStar 5.0 and Word for
