Receieve summons' and other legal documents to serve. When addresses come back as

irrelevant or not current then I will look up the persons name in order to find a new address on

them. I use several different software programs for this process. When everything else fails, I

contact the private investigator I work under and he will check his database for even more leads. I

work together with my partner who is also a Process Server.

Customer Service Representative Telecommute

October 2007 to August 2010

My tasks included logging onto the company website and taking calls through a landline

at my home office. I would then help customers with minor problems, promote products, and

make sure that the customer enjoyed the service they were receiving and the help from the

company. I was promoted after just 5 months to assistant manager which led to a managerial

position about 1 year later.
