projects, installed and supported countless applications both off the

Policies, installed wireless access points for Symbol hand held scanners,
provided off site VPN connectivity, implemented a Backup Exec backup
strategy and restored corrupt files as needed, installed printers and print
queues, replaced UPS batteries, implemented graceful APC shutdown of
servers during power outages, installed Ethernet cable and fiber.
Implemented a Cisco PIX 506 firewall and Windows ISA server. I have modest
experience troubleshooting the Siriusware ticketing system. I possess a
working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and wireless communications.
