Senior Development Engineer, Ink Mill Corp., Plymouth, NH, July 2008 -

Present

Project Manager: Responsible for the planning, execution and

implementation of development projects. Managing a project includes

managing the risk within the project. Risks occur when things are unknown.

In order to mitigate this risk and have improved success, open

communication with all team members is essential.

. Create clear and attainable project objective, set the project

requirements and manage cost, time and quality

. Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure

customer satisfaction with the projects progress and completion

Lead Development: Formulate leading edge technology inkjet inks in solvent

and bio solvent based systems. Develop, test and commercialize inks for a

wide customer base.

. Screen raw materials for cost, compatibility and performance

using laboratory equipment

. Perform and analyze test results such as viscosity

characteristics, product stability, light fastness, surface

tension, transparency, optical density, evaporation rate and

chemical resistance of the dried film

. Work with customers to ensure final products meet or exceeds

their expectation

Sales/Marketing: Technical advisor for new and existing customers.

Educated sales staff on product applications and reasonable performance

expectations. Worked directly with customers on technical matters to

complete a product and begin generating revenue.

R&D Chemical Engineer, EFI/Inkware, Meredith, NH, November 2006 - July 2008

Chemical Formulation: Lead formulation engineer for leading edge Bio based

ink technology. Responsible for screening raw material compatibility,

applied laboratory techniques to analyze required specifications, used

statistical analysis techniques to optimize final product quality.

. Developed a leading edge Bio based solvent inkjet ink for the

wide format printing industry. Annual sales of this product

produced $3M in revenue in its first year.

. Screened raw materials based on cost analysis and final product

price point to ensure final formulation is a viable commercial

product

. Traveled oversees to test ink formulations at customer's

facility to aid in product optimization
