Project: Customer Application Forms Jan 09 - July 10

Worked on a web application project within a finance firm which allows the
registered customer to complete online forms for processing details about
various options. The registered customer address information is retrieved
using Web Services. The new customers are redirected to a login page were
user profile information is saved into a database. Used Struts framework
components along with JSP, Servlets and DAO.
Responsibilities:
. Involved in design, development, testing, and deployment of the
application.
. Developed JSP pages for the multiple screens.
. Implemented DAO classes to implement CRUD operations to the database
and wrote sql queries on customer profile.
. Involved in developing Web Services with customer details like login
information and address details. Developed client side web services

. Developed action classes, action form and handled page navigation

customers in telecom company. Users can select from various product
catalogs and make an order. The existing customers are validated based on a
remote application using Web service's. New Users are registered on the
website. The User can choose different products from several catalogs. In
each check out step, on the right hand side the summary of total products
and charges are shown.
Responsibilities:
. Scrum (Agile) methodology is used for the application development.
. Involved in design, development, testing, and deployment of the
application.
. Created JSP pages for viewing several different product catalogs.
. Involved in creating login pages, account profile, terms and
conditions, and order page.
. Business logic is written in Stateful Session Enterprise Java

information from the database using hibernate persistence. Used Hibernate
to make JDBC connections with Oracle database and mapping tables to POJO
classes.

layer respectively and SQL server as database. There were multiple forms to
retrieve different kinds of incidents based on time of day and intersection
information.
Responsibilities:
. Participated in the design, coding and documentation of the project.
. Developed various user interface screens using JSP, Servlets and plain
