. Project Manager for successful $4 Million upgrade to 3 In-service

and 1 Spare Main transformer

equipment evaluations and resolutions per year allowing the plant to

remain at power thus providing $1M per day in revenue

. Constructed and Approved 95% of all instrumentation and valve

calibration card changes, thus making the calibration cards more

user friendly

. Performed Technical & 10CFR50.59 Reviews of 75% of I&C maintenance

procedure changes bringing consistency to the wording and style of

the procedures

. Performed 5 INPO/Company assist visit self-assessments in the work

control area within 2 years which allowed the sites visited to see

their weaknesses and areas for improvement

. Tracked and Scheduled maintenance and achieved a 50% backlog

reduction

. Worked with up to 15 church congregations to implement an Emergency

Communications network of HAM Radio Operators for disaster

communications, helping to increase the number of trained radio

operators from 6 to over 80 in three year's time.

. Worked with 9 church congregations as the lead Emergency

Preparedness Specialist to raise the awareness and preparedness

level of church and community members by holding training and

putting together an Emergency Preparedness Exposition that saw over

500 people attend, with 8 church units and 6 outside agencies

providing information.
