Personal statement: I am a hard working and friendly individual who has the ability to

succeed in any type of environment. Although I have more experience in the Customer Service

Industry, I Love to expand my abilities and try new things. I am truly a team worker, whilst also

working efficiently on my own. I am seeking a position that I can develop and excel while giving

my all and the best to an employer.

Work History:

Apple Inc: Call Center

Technical Support Agent: Provide technical assist to apple customers as well as help desk

support. For an example when a customer is having trouble shooting issues I will help by giving

the proper steps so that the issues will be resolve, while using proprietary software.

July 2008 – August 2009

Wal-Mart Inc:

Receiving Associate: I help organize stock and prepared the over night inventory. I also provided

great customer service by assisting customers with finding items and lifting items as needed.

March 2007- November 2009

McDonalds:

Cashier: Took in orders from loyal customers, handle cash, Greeted customers with a smile upon

entry. I also provided great customer service by preparing meals and making sure that the

customers was satisfied with the service I provided.
