Duties included the development, implementation and maintenance of a new
Portfolio Management process within the Global IS Department. Within this
position I heavily utilized both business and systems analysis skills, as
well as technical expertise in the areas of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and
Access. I collaborated with Project Managers and Directors in the IT
Department and developed reports on request and on a monthly basis for
Senior Management.
I quickly gained the respect of the many stakeholders and clients I worked
with both here in the US and the UK as well. I mainly worked in virtual
environment among a diverse team of people spread out among several
different locations and time zones (United Kingdom, New York, Boston,
etc.).
I have been retained through the school year at the University of Kentucky
and was issued a company laptop so I can continue to work and maintain the
application and project management process I have developed within the
company.

. Developed application in VBA that interacted with SharePoint to make
new project requests easier and more accurate. Data Accuracy became
100% more accurate and reduced errors and user mistakes by 90%.

Taught and educated special education student's basic elementary
skills. Worked in small groups of children from 3rd to 5th grade and
taught them the desired skills that were on the teachers outline for
the day. Also assisted in teaching plans for the week and identified

summer school session.
