District Manager, Pro Image, Arundel Mills, MD 2002-2006
- Managed 10 stores with 10 store managers' 15 assistant managers and 100
hourly employees.
- Prepared sales budgets and payroll expenses.
- Introduced a management training program and a company "Policies and
Procedures" handbook for all employees.
- District had a 3 store and a 16% increase in sales during tenure with
company.
District Manager, Just Sports USA, San Diego, CA 2000-2002
- Managed 8 stores in 6 different states. Supervised 6 store managers, 12
assistant store managers and up to 60 hourly employees.
- During tenure with company my district had a 19% increase in sales as
well as a 2% drop in payroll expense.
- Ran a kiosk in San Diego outside of Qualcomm Stadium during the week of
Super Bowl 37 where sales averaged $22,000 a day.
Store Manager, CVS Pharmacy, Baltimore, MD 1993-2000
- Ran everyday operations for the front of store, also for the Pharmacy.
(I.e. Deposits, price changes, checking in new product, receive weekly
shipments, schedule employees, and Plano grams).
- Was manager in a 24 hour store, also managed a special needs store where
bonuses were based upon limited theft not sales.
- Supervised up to 25 employees per store including assistant managers and
key holders.
