OBJECTIVE

I have held several positions over the past 25 years. I began my claims career as a Field

Claims Representative handling auto and injury claims. I have also held Supervisor and

Manager positions. My most recent position was supervising a Class Action Lawsuit team. I

used Excel spreadsheet, to track the claims submitted. I also used Visio, to create flowcharts

for claim progressions.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

I currently hold an Oklahoma Insurance Adjusting license, as well as licenses in all states that

require a license to handle insurance claims. I have completed the INS, AIC and AIM courses

of study with the Insurance Institute of America. I have completed six courses in the CPCU

course of study.
