Health, Bethesda, MD

. Responsible for all engineering and quality control for the

project including concrete mix design, layout, and QC

program.

. QC program consisted of meeting with the owner's

representative and engineers on a weekly basis and meeting

with the contractors to insure the quality and standards

were met as outlined in the project specification book.

Project Superintendent (4/97-9/97) - San Francisco International

Parking Garage

San Francisco, CA

. Supervised crew of 15 performing shoring, hydro demolition

and water control.

. Responsibilities also included maintaining the schedule;

purchasing and ordering; submittal preparation; quality

control; communication with owner and engineers; and

coordination of activities with joint venture partner.

Project Engineer (9/96-4/97) - New Jersey Performing Arts

Center, Newark NJ

. Involved in the purchase, receipt, placement, and

scheduling of materials on site.

. Established all grades, drainage profiles, and quantity

takeoffs; maintained the as-built daily records; and

coordinated with subcontractors to ensure that schedule and

product quality were achieved.

. Project consisted of 145,000 sq. ft. of concrete removal,

using hydro demolition, and replacement.

. All steel was removed and replaced, 135, 000 sq. ft. of

membrane was removed and 250,000 sq. ft. of membrane was

installed.
