were open and ready for tax season.

Regional technology managers to ensure project coordination.
-Developed and managed multiple million dollar budget, and ensured

. Project Manager for build out of state of the art "Flagship" office in
New York's Times Square.
-Led 1.5 million dollar project which included creative content
development with a 3rd party vendor, and hardware procurement and
installation.

. Delivered an internally developed Enterprise Risk Management System
(ERMS) "dashboard" application to manage and track internal and
external risk points.
- Managed data aggregation efforts from over 15 source systems
(IMR, FIN, Peoplesoft, etc.) for key risk indicators for an
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) dashboard.
- .NET application pulled and managed information from disparate
systems via scheduled jobs, Web Services, etc. and visually
displayed data points in a single easy to use dashboard.
- Guided on-shore and off-shore development teams through all
phases of product development.
. Managed the implementation of multiple SOX / FCM (Financial Control
Manager) deliverables from requirements gathering to delivery.
Application was delivered for first round of SOX testing on time and
