Objective To obtain a permanent position with a stable company

that is both challenging and rewarding with an

opportunity for advancement. I have a diverse and

successful background in sales and group presentation:

Able to adapt and excel in any product or concept,

derived from integrity, relationship building and

excellent communication and closing skills.

Experience November 08

TPL Metals NW Sales Manager

TPL Metals hired me to increase sales in the Oregon & SW

Washington region that had little to no representation

for its 3 year presence in Portland.

We were a steel distributor specializing in flat rolled

product, cold rolled - hot rolled - p&o - galv. We also

sold plate & numerous other types of material.

My job was to introduce TPL METALS, to an already

saturated & competitive market that was loyal to its

existing suppliers. My goal was to gain creditability

while developing long term relationships with buyers &

owners. This would take roughly 1 year. While I was

accomplishing this all at an accelerated pace, the

owners of TPL have decided to leave the Portland market.

It appears that the main office in S. California is

closing also.

Letter of recommendation available upon request.

July 07 - November 08

Big R Bridge LLC

NW Territory Manager

Represented Big R Bridge selling steel bridges and

culverts. I reported back to our home office with

reports, projections and concepts. There had never been

an office or much representation in the NW. I increased

sales, exposure, and service while covering Oregon,

Hawaii, and Western Washington. I increased sales two

fold while also selling the longest bridge made by Big

R.

During this time with Big R Bridge, U.S steel prices

have made it extremely hard to compete with import

prices. This had lead to the demise of the Oregon office

and N.W. representation.

Letter of recommendation available upon request.

November 2005 - July 2007

L.B. Foster Company

District Manager

Assisted in opening a sales office in the NW that would

orchestrate a profitable revenue generating division.

While generating sales, I would also handle all the

administrative duties. In a five western state and

western Canada territory, I enhanced sales by bringing

new companies to Foster: Also, increasing sales with

numerous multi-million dollar sales. The construction

side of the business was closed in the state of Oregon.

1989 - November 2005 Williams Form

Engineering Corporation

Western Region Technical Sales Manager

Generated new sales in a four state territory while

setting up new product distributors while continuing to

manage existing accounts. I Focused on creating design

specification written around our own fabricated products

for large scale construction jobs such as bridges,

tunnels, dams and the mining industry. I have

maintained constant contact with major engineering firms

and design agencies along with state and federal

offices. During meetings and presentation, large groups

of engineers, geologists, clients and prospects would

attend gathering information and gaining knowledge in

new concepts of design changes, which gave me the

opportunity to enhance and increase future sales. I Lead

the U.S in sales seven out of 16 years, with an average

of 3.8 million dollars per year. I Left Williams to

start district office for Foster.

Letter of recommendation available upon request.
