Designer on a team that provided test fits for over two hundred different
small commercial sites in multiple jurisdictions in fifteen states. Many of the
sites moved forward into full due diligence packages which included
permitting processes, permitting timeframes, utility availability, detention
requirements, and access assessment. Approximately fifty of these sites
continued into the construction document phase which included subdivision,
rezoning, full civil documents, permitting, and construction observation.

Provided technical analysis and CADD services for two in-depth Road
Safety Audits for Tennessee Department of Transportation; conducted
f ield inventory of signal equipment and controller timings for system
t iming projects in Alabama, and assisted with preparation of traffic
forecasts and capacity analyses for various projects in Alabama,
Tennessee, and Louisiana.
