• Accounts payable clerk duties: I process large volumes of accounts payable

i nvoices, scan and route invoices through Application Xtender Imaging System,

p rocess jobsite job checks, setup and monitor vendor, set up subcontracts,

research and resolve vendor and customer problems, reconcile bank statements,

audit accounts payables, prepare bank deposits, set up new jobs and close

completed jobs, distribute mail and filing.

• Payroll clerk duties: Enter payroll timesheets, write, seal and distribute payroll

checks, scan confidential employee information. File medical and 401K files.

Switchboard operator; drive company van.

• Jobsite clerk duties: Enter payroll time sheets, process accounts receivable

i nvoices, process variance reports

• NCCER Craft Instructor: Prepare test and process forms for NCCER trainees
