Responsibilities: responsible for answering incoming calls in a call center
environment. Our company distributed fliers to mainly the elderly
generation whom were home-bound, so that they were able to purchase items
such as clothing, and medical supplies when transportation was unavailable.
I was responsible for both taking orders as well as providing our customers
with any additional order information or item questions that they may have
to make sure that their experience was satisfactory.
