Role: Project Manager/Business Analyst -Worldwide Service Operations
As part of WW Service Operations, worked with personnel across the
enterprise to understand the issues around service contracts, support
entitlement, contract renewals, and coverage metrics to design and
implement business process, improve provide coverage/renewal opportunities
and narrow the gap of entitlement "leakage" leading to un-entitled support
and software. Worked with BI analysts and IT organizations to implement
tools for Channel Partners and Internal personel toward the above goal.
Worked with sales, channel partner agents, partners and other organizations
to interface with Partners for these programs.
Client: Stanford Hospital (as an FTE of Perot Systems)

Role: Business Analyst/Project Manager - Web Applications
Managed the full SDLC for implementing a wide variety of Web Applications
for Stanford Hospital. Responsibilities included interfacing with Sponsors,
Stakeholders, Users, IT management, programmers, and IT support personnel.
Creating BRDs and User Acceptance Test scripts, and managing the projects
from inception through post-implementation.

Duration: February 2004 - October 2005
Role: Project Manager - Partner Enablement Program
As part of the PE program team, worked with personnel across the enterprise
to gather content. Managed analysis, uselability and UAT testing in
coordination with the IT department to implement a "home-grown" content
management system that would "feed" the new portal for the program -
dynamically. Designed and managed the content migration from the static to
dynamic site.

Implemented a software tool based on a model for measuring a company's
agility and making recommendations for improvement. The model was created
by the leading research company for the high-tech industry for a multi-
billion dollar software vendor. In these roles I managed the development
cycle, gathered requirements and translated those into the technical design
inluding UI/Prototypes, Process Flow diagrams and ERDs These specification
documents were used when I implemented to tool. This project entailed
interfacing with the team of top research analysts and industry consultants
along with the representatives from several areas of focus within the
software vendor.

Managed a $5 million worldwide project and ten-person, international,
development team tasked with designing and building the research
infrastructure for a global market research firm. The system reduced labor
required, improved cycle time to publish by 50%, reduced data errors,
improved data consistency by 25%. Requirement management was done using
Requisite Pro. Visio was often incorporated to show process flows.

Worked on a variety of projects as part of a team that supports the Office
of Development and Alumni Association for one of the most prestigious
universities in the world. Projects include both client/server and Web
technologies interfacing to a Sybase database. (Stanford University).
Projects included major data conversions, system conversions and new
systems. In my role I gathered and documented requirements, including
UI/screen layouts, process flow diagrams and descriptions and ERDs. Once
reviewed and approved by the users, I created complete technical
documentation for the programming team. Web applications also included
prototypes developed in Dreamweaver.
