During the summers, I worked for my family business as an assistant to my
father, Dr. Robert Watts, Jr. PsyD, and CEO of Watts and Associates. My
duties included organizing data from various organizational studies and
personality assessments, filing and mailing documents and attending company
strategic planning meetings. In this capacity, I learned about the details
of running a small business and developed valuable organizational skills.

Assisted with the set up for school functions and events. In the spring,
planted flowers and watered plants and trees. I also aided in
setting up and removing furniture for faculty members. Through this
job, I was able to value the meaning of hard work and to
appreciate bettering the natural environment.
