Provided daily general office, clerical and administrative support for

distribution center, as a lead CSR employee since the beginning of the

company. I worked on accounting tasks as assigned, created and maintained

documents for management. I also was taught accounts payable, and trained

all CSR of the

data entry assignments and cashiering. Executed, audit and lead all the

customer service representatives in achieving maximum customer service

objectives on a daily basis. Work closely with the manager on site on a

consistent basis. Work on data entry using the numbers from the sales of

the previous day and report to them to the executive team. Handle thousands

of dollars on a daily basis and balance the register at the end of the

night. Supervise while the Brinks Company picked up the money from the safe

on a daily basis. Submit payroll on a weekly basis, and manage site when

manager was not available

phones, stocking merchandise, and switching supplies from one aisle to

another depending on the holiday. Distributed different balloon orders and
