I have had a great deal of experience as a Meter Tech and in customer service, both indoors and in the field. In the field, I have a wide

range of knowledge working with meters and special read accounts. In customer service, I have effective interaction skills.

While working for National Grid, I successfully applied my technician skills and worked closely with commercial and residential

Profile

I have over 16 years of experience as a meter technician. I have over 12 years of experience in Customer

Relations working in call centers and dealing with customers directly. I have over 10 years of experience in

reading as well as removing gas and electric meters and over 6 years of experience turning electric and gas
