Customer Service Representative: Assist VW and Audi customers, other

financial institutions, and dealerships by answering their questions

pertaining to automotive loans, leases, financing, and lien holder

information and requirements. Responsible for collecting payments, making

payment arrangements, management and assistance of loan accounts, including

answering questions dealing with taxes, titling, registration, lease-end

requirements, and termination of accounts. Handle approximately 50-60 calls

or more per day, monitoring previous accounts, contacting outside

institutions to assist customers, and provide timely resolutions for any

problems customers may have. Maintain top-level Call Quality for service,

and high compliments from customer satisfaction surveys. Assisted in

several focus groups for departmental improvements, made corrections to

policy documents and procedural website.

Receptionist: Assisted eight professors in maintaining the main

office of the English Department, printing worksheets, sending and

Copy Editor: Edited all stories and text in the 16-page, weekly issue

first place at the ONPA awards for headline writing, shared with co-copy

editor.
