information and requirements. Responsible for collecting payments, making
payment arrangements, management and assistance of loan accounts, including
answering questions dealing with taxes, titling, registration, lease-end
requirements, and termination of accounts. Handle approximately 50-60 calls
or more per day, monitoring previous accounts, contacting outside
institutions to assist customers, and provide timely resolutions for any
problems customers may have. Maintain top-level Call Quality for service,
and high compliments from customer satisfaction surveys. Assisted in
several focus groups for departmental improvements, made corrections to
