Lead Software Systems Engineer
As member of the Army Net-Centric Data Strategy (ANCDS) Center of
Excellence (CoE) of the Software Engineering Center (SEC) at Fort Monmouth,
New Jersey played an active role in implementation of the Department of
Defense (DoD) Net-Centric Data Strategy.
. As appointed Army Representative at the Universal Core (UCore)
Implementation Methodology Working Group, influenced decisions on design,
scope and implementation of UCore. Universal Core is a Federal
information sharing initiative that supports the National Information
Sharing Strategy and all associated Departmental / Agency strategies.
. Organized and led Army workshop to develop conceptual model and
requirements for UCore. This was the first model among participating
Government agencies, and it served as foundation for UCore development.
. Founded and became the Team Lead of the Army Universal Core Engineering
Technical Working Group (AUCETWG). Maintained full responsibility for
group activities that included scheduling of regular meetings,
formulating technical findings and decisions. Acted as a liaison to DoD
level UCore Implementation Methodology Working Group. Influenced UCore
development process by publishing "Army Position on Universal Core" white

As Project lead, process owner and software developer for the Telcordia
Network Monitoring and Analysis NMA System installed at Regional Bell
Operating Companies (RBOCS), worked with customers and System Engineers to
formulate and plan new proposals and requirements for new features.
Maintained full responsibility for keeping NMA databases in sync with
Telcordia TIRKS System databases. In order to achieve this goal,
successfully accomplished the following tasks:
. Engineered, developed and maintained software on both NMA and TIRKS
systems for extracting, comparing and updating the NMA databases
utilizing the Telcordia Quality Method of Operation (QMO) rated SEI CMM
Level 5.
. Developed software architecture and detailed design for new NMA
features.
. Supported NMA product customers in their ongoing database refresh
activities.
. Created presentations of new features and delivered them at the User
Conferences.
. Developed and tested NMA product software.
. Designed system architecture to consolidate various database audits
programs (more then 50) under a single umbrella that made it possible to
run those audits automatically under user control. This significantly
simplified the process of scheduling and running the audits as well as
helped to simplify user documentation.

improved customer's understanding of the product related issues. They

Fully responsible for the architecture, design, development and maintenance
of core processes of Integrated Testing & Analysis (ITS) Operations Support

. Improved the development and system test phases by developing interactive
TL1 Network Element Simulator application with its own GUI and Sybase
