PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

Twenty years total experience in technical writing and curriculum

development. I have well over 15 years of experience developing and

delivering training for the Sacramento County and CA State agencies located

in the Sacramento area. In most cases I/we used the ADDIE model, or some

form of the ADDIE model to produce the training. I have excellent writing

and public speaking skills. I wrote and maintained the SAP help files for

the Sacramento County. I work well with technical people such as

programmers, analysts and network people and am very familiar with the

software development life cycle (SDLC). I have participated in SIT and UAT

testing and used the testing environment and data to develop the training

materials and to learn the new functionality contained in each new release
