Treatment Plant, as part of PDVS Community Plan, El Palito, Venezuela
(Duration 6 month, Cost approximately US $750.000). In charge of the
City of Puerto Cabello and the El Palito Refinery (from PDVSA).
Construction and Management of the Project. Very close coordination
with the City officials in the scheduling of work, programming any
necessary interruption of water service in the city.

Projects Included:
o "Nuevo Muelle" A deep-water port (1993 - 1998). Led the last
3 years of the project constructing a new pumping station,
construction of pipelines and sandblasting operation for the
new piping.
o New Pipeline from PDVSA Refinery "EL Palito" (Puerto Cabello)
to PDVSA Distribution Plant in "Yagua" (Velencia) distance
approximately 150 Km/100 miles. (1994 - 1996). Served as
Superintendent/ Assistant Project Manager
o "Parada de Planta" (1997): A General maintenance program
implemented every 2 to 3 years consisting of stopping all
production in the refinery in order to replace equipment,
piping, circuits, etc. A 24hr/day two-month schedule. In
charge of all piping and electrical work in the FCC unit (Fluid
Catalytic Cracking Unit).
