Role: Quality Tester (For Infosys Technologies Ltd.)

This project was to create a global solution to share Customer Risks across

all U.S. Consumer products provided by bank. This customer risk information

was stored and updated within each specific line of business like Credit

Cards, Small Business, Consumer Finance, Mortgage etc. This project was to

consolidate customer's risk information at a central database and make this

information viewable to risk teams across all Consumer lines of business

via new centralized application called Customer Risk Solution (CRS).

Responsibilities:

. Analyzed Business requirements, Functional, Design and Use Cases.

. Prepared Test Completion Report, executing Regression Testing, System

Testing, Smoke Testing & Performance Testing.

Bank of America brand. This involved testing the re-branded web sites of

LaSalle bank which were integrated into Bank of America applications in

three phases of project - Legal day one, Customer day one, System day one.

Applications tested were- Wealth management, online banking, checking

account, saving money and mortgage.

Responsibilities:

. Participated in Requirement Review sessions and identify missing

requirements.

. Translate requirements, designs and functional specs into effective test

plans and test cases.

. Created test scenarios and test scripts and coordinated with offshore

teams to ensure the test scenarios and test scripts of other modules are
