Responsible for establishing the accounting and financial controls for clients for whom ACS
provides varying degrees of IT support, revenues exceed $200M annually. We support 12
Program Managers (responsible for 18 clients) and their respective VP; major activities include
proactive analysis to improve P&L and balance sheet metrics, pricing and negotiating all contract
renewals and change orders ( 5 renewals in the past 8 months with bookings exceeding $400M),
liaison with the client and senior management. The department has maintained a steady record
of meeting monthly revenue, profit and cash forecasts and has a solid reputation for proactive
support to the Program Managers.

Managed all financial measurements for this start-up company incorporated Dec. 1998.
Accountable for establishing the planning, pricing, procurement, and contractual processes for
the company, which grew to over 400 employees and $60M in sales. Directed capital
equipment negotiations, established and maintained banking and insurance relations, provided
monthly status letters to the Board of Directors and quarterly presentations, and coordinated
various M&A activities related to the company. Also responsible for all liaison activity with our
supporting law firms.
Direct reports included 1) Controller and his staff; whose activities included monthly P&L
reporting, Balance Sheet reporting, daily cash management and monthly cash flow projections to
the Board. 2) Planning Mgr. and staff; activities were building / tracking the operating plan,
coordinating monthly executive reviews, establishing pricing controls & reviews and all ad hoc
