Tasks Life Cycle Implementation of SAP R/3 ECC 6.0.

Working on developments in HR, FICO, PS modules

Updating from ECC 4.6C to ECC 6.0 while guiding BASIS team.

Documenting Standard Modified (SAP provided) programs of

PIFFRA SAP implementation in Auditor General of Pakistan)

HR Human Resources

Developed various HR reports such reports and absence

reports, Medical reports, Imbursement reports, Gratuity

provident Fund reports (GPF), Contributory Provident Fund

reports, and a big List of various types of reports. When I

went to HEC for Support of 3 months I made 48 new reports

ranging from Student Scholarships reports to conversion of

Organogram to ALV. Many other reports which took data from

various Info types were also developed by me.

Used Enhancements to provide various validations at the time

of saving the travel request.

Created various types of Info types related to payroll

process.

The Pay roll Info type was copied from PIFFRA system to HEC

system as both are Govt. of Pakistan departments and so have

the exact organizational rules. More over in both places

i.e. HEC and AGP (PIFFRA), SIEMENS is implementing SAP.

Experience in many other things specifically related to HR

such as Logical databases PNP etc and a very wide variety of

other things. Personally I believe that I'm best in FICO and

HR.

Developed various types of Uploads for FI and HR.

Developed report and scripts for vendor invoice, credit

memos, and customer statement of account in English and

Arabic.

Developed script for check printing.

Developed uploads for vendor master, bank keys, activity

master, activity planning, trial balance.

Developed upload for posting actual costs to WBS elements.

Worked on enhancement in CO-PA for calculating planned cost.

Developed withholding tax report and displayed it using ALV

grid. Created different variant layouts to provide different

report formats.

A good experience in the Invoice processing transactions

(FB50, FB60, FV50, FV60, FBV0, MIR7 etc). And reports

related to that.

Worked from the funtional aspects in Project Sytems on

issues like budgeting, availability control and formulation

of approval process using user statuses, controlling

business transactions based on user statuses, etc. In the

latest version of SAP ECC 6.0, Budgeting is included only

because it was implemented in PIFFRA.

MM Materials Management

Implemented BADI for setting the currency and price of PO

line items during PO creation.
