on 24/7 shifts, responsible for monitoring all the systems of the

Organisation such as CRM, ERP, DWH, WCRM, BO. Checking the good

functionality of them, creation of queries using tool TOAD for

ORACLE, creation of web-pages using JSP and PL-SQL in order to

optimise monitoring process and to create automated extraction of

monthly statistics. Use of system EMM (Ericsson Multi Mediation) to

receive CDRs from centres. Use of FTP or FTAM standard to provide

file transfers from centres.
