Physical Security Coordinator / Asst.Operations
* Supervise and support the Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier,
Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI) distribution warehouse facility with
62employees to quickly respond to real-world individual Soldier
equipment and clothing requirements supporting U.S. Army
organizations, engaged in or preparing for real-world operations.
* Responsible for the receipt, automated inventory, storage, security
and shipment of PEO Soldier RFI equipment with a current inventory
valued over $600Million. Established and implemented procedures in
accordance with Army Regulation 710-2 in less than 30 days, to operate
a 464,000 sq. ft. facility that on average receives 280 inbound
shipments a month and averaging 93 outbound truck shipments a month.
* Help establish policies and procedures to ensure acceptance and
retention of personnel. Maintains access to classified/unclassified
information and assignment to sensitive/non-sensitive areas.
* Responsible for the coordination, training and operation of the RFI
automated inventory management and tracking system, which include
training and operation of various Automatic Identification Technology
(AIT) devices and enablers enhancing internal operations.
* Coordinate with General Service Administration representative in
reference to building repairs and space acquisition.
* Research and bid special projects for purchasing and program
enhancements. Maintain warehouse fielding operations supplies.

the Human Resource field i.e. payroll, FMLA, Short and Long term
disability, conducted new hire and current employee training on all
MHE equipment, company operational standards in the areas of ethics,
labor charging and security.

compliance with occupational safety and health standards as well as
fill out and updates all OSAH 300's and 301's.
