. Engineering Services Technician. Responsible for maintenance and
upgrade of hospital systems including plumbing and steam piping
including medical gas piping. Drain, waste, and vent systems and roof
drain systems. Also responsible for maintenance and upgrade of all
labs, exam rooms, operating rooms, patient rooms, mechanical rooms,
restrooms, and kitchen facilities, pumps and heating systems, setting

. Duke Plumbing Inc. Riverside, Ca. June 2006. Loma Linda University
Medical Center. Renovation of Heart Clinic surgical rooms and exam
room facilities including addition of new operating room, medical gas
fixtures and plumbing fixtures and piping. New construction of
various elementary school buildings in Riverside County including
science lab facilities, restrooms, classrooms, and mechanical room
facilities.

. Mohave Generating Station. Renovation of existing coal fired burners
and mills. Ventilation systems, water and steam systems. Fire Main
system upgrade. Renovated all coal and water service piping to Unit 1

. Veterans Hospital, Lexington, Ky. June 1999; Renovation and
conversion of existing hospital facilities including new addition to
operating rooms, medical gas fixtures and plumbing piping.

including underground steam service piping.

project consisting of (1) the removal of existing equipment and

and (3) renovation of the vacuum, gas, and air piping and fixtures
including acid waste piping for all science labs.
