POSITION: Spec Review Engineer / Engineer 1 ( July 2009 - Present)

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive Gerber Data from the Customer or from the SALES Dept.

2. Review Customer PCB Gerber data, Mechanical design and specification and

conform it with the Company capabilities - DFM.

Customer: Continental, Mando Hella, Wyntron, Samsung, LEAR and so

on...

3. Provide Array design base on the given PCB size as requested by the

customer.

4. Provide suggestion and confirmation for any issue arises from the

reviewed model.

5. Prefer set of instructions for CAM editors with DFM as the reference.

6. Check for all tooling requirements, CAM, Photo tools, Stencils, Drills

and Route.

7. Provide the best panelization base on the given PCB size for pricing

quotation done by SALES Dept.

8. Initiate the preparation of the set panelization for any applicable

models as requested by SALES Dept.

9. Modified or Revise the existing model as requested by the customer.

10. Inform related sections regarding any changes happened to a model

concerning the design and process capability through memo or SCN.

11. Coordinate with R&D's and P.E's for some improvement in

production.

12. Coordinate with other sections and do constant monitoring for the

process integrity and effectiveness of every model.

13. Check daily input on the data base and make sure that the Spec

file is complete before editing.
