. Analyzed and documented software issues and implemented

solutions to correct hundreds of software bugs related to Lotus

Notes/Domino applications.

. Developed, implemented and supported dozens of client-server and

web systems written in Lotus Notes/Domino and other

technologies. They are the following:

Product Complaint Analysis (PCA v4.x & v3.x) system automates

the product complaint process by incorporating complete

complaint handling workflow, including complaint registration,

submission of investigations for review and approval, customer

letters, and adjustment forms. The system is a global multi-

language database built with Domino Global Workbench (DGWB)

tool, and translated into 6 different languages (English,

French, German, Italian, Spanish, & Portuguese). PCA interfaces

with Java-based Global Complaint Registration System (GCRS)

through LotusScript Extensions Lotus Connector (LSXLC),

LotusScript to Java (LS2J), and Oracle database back-end. It

interfaces reports with MS Word VBA and MS Excel VBA. Part 11

FDA compliant.

MS&T Project Tracking v1.2.3 creates Master Project, Time Sheet,

and Expense Sheet entries and generates compute intensive

monthly management reports which can be exported in Microsoft

Excel Pivot Table report format.

Credit/Debit Memo Authorization Form (CMAF v1.0 to v1.8) is used

by Customer Service to automate the manual process of reviewing

and approving documents related to customer credit or debit

dollar amount. The number of approver levels in the workflow

increases with the higher the dollar amount. Export views to

Microsoft Excel.

Exception Document System (XDS v1.3) for SPD (Specialty Products

Division) is used for reporting exception events related to

manufacturing operations in SPD. Users create and manage

following document types - NCMR (Non-Conforming Materials

Report), Investigation, and Deviations. XDS is used in the

plants, labs and other entities with a highly complex workflow.

Electronic Change Requests (eCR v3.0) automates the division

documentation Change Request. It tracks change requests for

division controlled documents (BOPs, QPs, GPs, etc.) through

document status and can send email notifications.

Approved Supplier Database (ASD v3.0 & v3.1) is used to track

PPD approved suppliers for purchased raw materials, codes,

commodities and contract services.

Packet Tracker Application (PTA v3.0.9, v3.0.8, v2.1.2)

automates the review and the approval of document deliverables

for software development lifecycle: Functional Requirement

Specification, Software Design Description, Unit Test, Software

Installation Qualification, etc. PTA has peer review, allows

document versioning, has multiple workflow choices (single

approval, pre- and post-approvals), and Part 11 FDA compliant.

Vaporizer Web v1.0 is a web enabled Notes intranet application

for our customer reps to track customer orders, returns, and

refunds.

PPD Operations Web Site v1.2 & v1.2.1 and GPRD Scientific

Operations Web Site v1.0 & v1.1 are both web enabled Notes

intranet applications. PPD manufacturing sites and Business

Units author their documents in Notes and are published over the

web without any HTML coding. The system features static forms,

reusable forms and hyperlinks which can dynamically be generated

and published on the web.

Navigational Mentoring v1.0 is a web enabled Notes intranet

database that collects personal information over the web on each

applicant as a prospective mentor, prot g , or both. The

database generates e-mail surveys for each applicant and surveys

are anonymously automatically tallied in Notes upon replying.

. Utilized NotesPump technology to connect Lotus Notes and Oracle

database for our Intranet application on the web and for Data

Warehouse; Utilized Lotus LSX Script and SQL to connect Lotus

Notes and AS/400 via ODBC.

. Developed, installed and supported FACTS (Fujisawa Advance

Clinical Tracking System) software for Research Computing. The

system is written in PowerBuilder, tracks patient and protocol

information and provides checklist for the steps required for

our developmental drugs undergoing clinical studies. The

database connectivity is through Sybase SQL Server and SQL

Anywhere utilizing ODBC. Enhancements include spell-checking

feature, etc.
