Web casting. Guaranteed, by intelligent design and constant monitoring, a
state-of-the-art, mission-critical, 24x7 Internet technology platforms to
facilitate and manage media transactions/billing among advertising
agencies, media buying companies, media outlets and representation firms.
Designed and implemented a fully redundant, balanced, co-located
environment for production while ensuring a consistent mirrored

billing, and warehouse management and accounting procedures. Verity Search
Engine technologies were implemented in this process for product search
requirements. As the PM for this project it was incumbent upon me to

with its tool set of earned value and cost calculations.

Structured and directed the engineering application development environment
for St. Jude's Medical Research organization. Provided and implemented a
full FDA regulation 820 compliant procedures and methodology for
development, testing and support of this medical research technology. This
system was implemented for autologus bone marrow transplantation through
Stem Cell Processing and reimplementation. Oracle Developer 2000 was
utilized in this application development. A team of 7 diverse developers
were compiled to create an environment of application delivery that was
concurrent with the expectations that were established under Federal
Regulation 820.

Directed the engineering of this Internet/Intranet Web project of e-
Commerce and Business-to-Business web presence from RFP. I managed the
process through the statement of work, business requirements, functional
design, system design, testing, implementation, rollout, training and
system support. My skills as a negotiator were utilized throughout this
project by creating consensus internally and by participating in the
marketing process. This project required the implementation of a full web
development using UML Rational Rose, XML/XSL/JSP, Servlets, Java beans, and
in-depth knowledge of Web development, Project Management Systems and
Practices. A team of 15 internal developers and 5 contracted vendors were
brought together to insure project delivery on time and on budget. This
project required the Implementation WebSphere and Verity Search Engine. The
