o Federal Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with the Illinois
Air National Guard - Two year federal government contract to provide

build project that included preconstruction services as well as
construction services. Project included rezoning/subdivision, A/E
management, complete site development and construction of three stand

. Successfully prepared and wrote MATOC proposal resulting in the 2 year

. Expedited preconstruction phase and obtained Village approval for Mixed

typically takes 9-12 months)
. Produced initial conceptual space planning and associated cost estimate
for representative interior build outs resulting in construction
contracts. All projects were completed for less than initial estimate.
Design Build project responsibilities included management of A/E firms;
presentation of proposed projects at various City meetings in order to
obtain rezoning, subdivision and development approval; Estimation of
projects including value engineering ideas; Space planning for prospective
tenants and associated cost estimate for construction of the interior space
(space planning completed in AutoCAD and 3D SketchUP)
