temporary solutions. Development and enhancement of their internal staffing

Harrah's, Tyco, Fannie Mae, Capitol One, and Chevron. Providing a full
lifecycle of Temporary and permanent hires. Partial list of hires

Enterprise Microsoft Solutions provider. This is a joint Venture between
Accenture and Microsoft.)
I provided full lifecycle recruitment of permanent employees and
contractors (5-10 hires a month, plus 5 contractors a month average), who
have deep Application and Web Design Experience, Marketing/Sales
Development, Sales Engineering, Finance, Regional Operations and Project
Management personal. I also headed up the Subcontracting/ Vendor management
program for the Southern US Region.
Adea Solutions
Contract Senior Recruiter (Dallas, Texas) 05/2003 - 01/2004
I was contracted to provide senior support to current team of 12
recruiters. The expectation is that I would also provide support for the
Sales team on closing projects in a timely matter that had pained them in
the past. Averaging 6-7 placements/Hires a month

Recruiting Manager and Onsite Client Recruiter 05/1999 - 05/2003
Onsite clients were, Intravolve, JustArrive, MetaTV, Cyberbills and
remotely for Evolve Software, Inc. I was responsible for client engagements
as an onsite recruiter and/or a resource for Staff Augmentation and
permanent placement.
My services were to develop a hiring process in companies, while
bringing the managers together to develop a "stronger process" as well as
