In this position I work as the Assistant to the Owner of a Realty Business, as well as a
Cleaning Company. My role requires answering of phones, handling Real Estate forms
and paperwork, reading and replying to all emails, diction for correspondences, and
handling bill paying for the Owner’s personal as well as business accounts. I also handle
several projects for the Cleaning Company such as sending out of proposals for cleaning
services, mailings, handling venders (for cell phone services, computer services,
telephone, company gas card, etc), answering incoming calls, and running various
errands. Other duties include making Accounts Receivable collection calls, billing,
payroll (associated with billing), and ordering of supplies (from printer and Staples/

In this position I worked as an Administrative Support Assistant to the Controller for
CSUN. My main duties were answering the phones, maintaining the front desk, and
managing multiple Manger and Executive Manger calendars. Another vital role I played
was scheduling over 15 standing committee meetings, disbursing mail, organizing office
parties, ordering supplies, and disbursing the Pay Checks for all of the Accounting and
Financial Departments. While in this position I was trained to act as back up for check
printing to the Business Services Department, and also to coordinate travel arrangements,
and handle the department’s P card (a credit card for large purchase that is regulated
through the University.
