Adapted and rebuilt software application "TIA" (http://www.tia.dk/) for

company business needs:

. As a team member, developed Claim Management module for handling the

entire claim process, managing Service Suppliers and Complaints.

. Redeveloped Reminder module for new Payment Plans support including

Past Due Payments report.

. Redeveloped interfaces to General Ledger.

. Redeveloped Commission module for managing and computing Agents

Commission including the Agents Commission report.

. As a lead, designed and developed interface packages to provide data

from "COR.FJA Insurance Suite" (http://cor.fja.com/en/business-

This development work was done using Oracle Developer Suite 10g (Forms,

Reports), "TIA" Foundation (DBMS), WebUtil 1.0.6 (Host, OLE2, File

transfer) and PL/SQL stored packages and procedures.

Designed and developed PL/SQL package for access to The Russian Central

Bank's web-service (http://www.cbr.ru/dailyinfowebserv/dailyinfo.asmx) for

receiving daily and historical data on currency exchange rates. Also

designed and developed interface application for storing and distributing

currency exchange rates data to all the company's systems.

Designed, developed and maintained Data Warehouse for analytical reports:

. Designed, developed and maintained ETL procedures for loading data

from different sources to Data Warehouse, with Oracle Warehouse

Builder 10gR2.

. Designed and developed several data marts for Operational, Financial,

Actuarial and other Departments, including partitioned data structure

and PL/SQL packages for filling partitioned tables.

. As a Discoverer 10g Administrator, developed business areas, usable

relational structure in EUL with joins and complex folders, created

summary materialized views to improve performance. Controlled user

access to business areas, including Oracle Fine Grained Access

Control. Scheduling workbook for a user or role.

. As a Discoverer 10g User, built workbooks and edited the existing

workbooks, added/edited worksheets. Used most of the Discoverers

features for the Management Analysis. Such as pivoting and drilling up

and drilling down data. Created graphs and prepared reports for

printing, scheduled reports. Created parameters and conditions for the

worksheets.

Designed and developed reports system for Operational Department for

generating custom reports from Data Warehouse as an XML-document, a MS

Excel CSV-format or HTML-format document. Was responsible for full cycle

development, including:

. User and System Requirement analysis.

. Design and development of Data Structure for application metadata and

reports data.

. Design and development of PL/SQL and Java stored packages for running

report jobs, filling report data tables, preparing XML-docs,

transforming XML-docs to other formats by XSLT, storing job results

into file system, archiving to ZIP-format and sending to end users via

e-mail.

. Design and development of user interface for filling report parameters

and running report jobs, using most of the Oracle APEX 3.2 features,

such as APEX_UTIL, APEX_ITEM, APEX_APPLICATION, APEX_COLLECTION,

JavaScript APIs etc.

. Development XSLT-templates based on MS Excel HTML files, using Perl

script.

Department and Chancellery of Moscow Government (Russia). The Portal was

built for providing access to Building Permitting Documentation, including

keyword based Global Search and Full-text Search. The Portal features

included saving individual search results for a user and a group, document

approval process, statistical and analytical reports, web services

interface. Was responsible for:

. Design and development of database structure, including semistructured

data, PL/SQL packages, Oracle Fine Grained Access Control etc.
