Supervisor
October 2009-June 2010
At Fischer Tanks, I was given the opportunity to aid a
friend in making his start-up business successful. I
quickly (within a matter of a couple months) moved from
an introductory level of rebuilding propane tanks
(putting in gauges and valves, touching-up
imperfections, matching and attaching domes) to the
Head Builder as I mastered my task and took pride in
the quality of my work. Currently, I aid in problem
solving and coming up with improved methods of getting
tasks done, improving the organization of the business,
train new employees, give final inspections on the
rebuilt propane tanks before they are shipped to their
destination, and rebuild the tanks as well.
