CAREER HIGHLIGHTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

Capital Project Management: Supported and guided the efforts of

contractors, project managers, network planners and engineers in multiple

states while managing over $300M in capital funding of major Transport

Layer 1 construction and augmentation. IMPACT: Procured and managed

suppliers and contractors for new network leases and IRU facilities.

Account Management: Led the negotiation, procurement, and network

augmentation and provisioning of the Boeing Ground-based Midcourse Defense

System between Ft. Greely, AK and the Lower 48 U.S. military fiber optic

cable system. IMPACT: Procurement and completion of the contract

strengthened the company's bottom line results.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiated technical and contractual terms of the

Operations and Maintenance Agreements between the company and suppliers,

planned and budgeted for the protection of company procurements and assets

in bankruptcy liquidation sale and analyzed the final supplier Group Offer

Memorandum. IMPACT: Led the company in securing assets.

Supplier Management: Analyzed and managed the delivery of supplier

management functions by guiding the supply strategy to ensure cost-

effective procurement of leading edge network technology specifically in

the area of Transport and Switching technology and service of the company's

core network. Negotiated and enforced supplier agreements to assure

adherence to the company policies as well as client satisfaction and

quality. IMPACT: Increased efficiency and improved bottom line results.

Project/Program Management: Planned and constructed project documents for

assigned contracts and customer network links in nine (9) NexGen projects

and eleven (11) supplemental projects. Coached team to provide technical,

planning, and directional expertise for implementation of changes in

company processes and contracts. Managed project requirements and

collaborated with customer to engineer and drive implementation with

partner suppliers. IMPACT: Successfully managed project completion within

scheduling parameters and budgetary requirements.
