As a Senior Learning Consultant, I am experienced in all phases of applying
instructional systems design/HPI processes to analysis and resolution of
business information/training needs and performance improvement. I have
extensive experience in the customer service and sales arena, including
call centers, scientific and technical sales! I offer a strong focus on end-

ACHIEVEMENTS
* I instituted a total curriculum and course redesign based on analysis of
current job requirements, and introduced a full performance-based training
design and assessment model Coop-wide for all front and back office staff,
reducing training time to competence across all job functions.
* Designed and introduced new courses for practicing orthopedic surgeons on
the latest surgical procedures using extensive video recording of patient
evaluation, testing, surgeries and rehabilitation that exceeded user demand
by over 100%.
* Accomplished in job analysis techniques such as DACUM, successful in
"cloning" the most productive skills of high achievers and converting those
