annual revenues of $20M+. Wrote business cases, defined and refined product
roadmaps, managed product pricing, and developed business models.

business, resulting in a YOY increase of more than $1.8M in gross margin
and more than 65% ahead of the budgeted plan for contribution.
. Nurtured the day-to-day business relationship with RecordedBooks, a
critical publisher partner, which led to growth of $5M+ in revenues.
. Managed the NetLibrary Advisory Board, which incorporated customer and
market perspectives from leading library professionals from around the

. Managed the WorldCat Registry from ideation through launch, which led to
the cataloging of technical library data from over 100,000 libraries
worldwide. Awarded US Patent 7,730,107 as the primary inventor of a major
feature of this product.
. Led a cost-cutting effort to consolidate various roles and tasks across
the eContent division that resulted in improved efficiencies and annual
savings of over $200K.
. Orchestrated a plan to deliver eContent renewal quotes to libraries
earlier than normal to get priority on slashed library budgets. Resulted
in the preservation of over $20M in eContent revenue, and the
presentation of a special Star award.

Hired as a consultant to manage a seven-person project at Sterling Commerce
that leveraged existing Perficient domain knowledge to develop an
interactive Getting Started Guide for new users of GenTran, an Enterprise
Application Integration (EAI) product.
