Handling customer claims/issues: Worked with Samsung very closely

[visits/TQM meetings] to solve customer claims/issues. Also, handled

customer claims from UMC, TSMC, Toshiba, Micron Tech using 8D

methodology.

Material review board: Involved in Internal error excursion management

process. To chair the Material review board and work with the MRB team

for material disposition

Improvement projects:

Metal gating project- Involved in setting up Metal monitoring system in

SSW

Process Control system [PCS] setup- Involved to set up advanced process

control watchdog system for key customers.

Lead role to set-up Quality gating application [QGA] in SSW

Texas Instruments, STM, SSMC, and CHRT to drive towards customer

Material review board: Project (Lead) - Set up of MRB QN (quality

notification) system in SAP. Worked on improvement project to upgrade

the MRB system into SAP MRB QN system

QA representative for Global metals monitoring team and report to

Siltronic metal master. Responsible to trigger task force in case of

metal excursion. Involved in setting up /upgrading the process line

metal monitoring plan along with process, lab

QM activities: Involved in QM KRA project of Knowledge retention with

the help of one click system. Set up record retention system in line

with ISOTS 16949 requirement
