A holding company focused on the acquisition and development of chemical
businesses engaged in the formulation of coatings, adhesives, sealants, and
elastomer products. Current holdings include Raabe Company, Hydro-Stop,
United Coatings, Matrix System Automotive Finishes, Fox Color, Custom
Finishes, and Zolatone AIM.
IT Director
Direct IT operations, projects, and technical staff of all company-held
businesses, which include identifying and executing technology projects and
