developer, profilometer, various chemicals, and an evaporator
to process epitaxial wafers in order to test Idss, Ron, Igs,
Bvdgo, capacitance, buffer leakage current, Beta, Ideality,
etc. Duties also include using X-ray machines to simulate
the structures, using hall samples to measure sheet charge,
doping, and mobility, and taking poloron measurements to
check the doping and Pinch-off voltage.
