Given major program to refurbish HMMWVV's from the battlefield to "Like

New" condition. Before Lean6? processes implemented, depot was turning out

3 vehicles/week,at twice budgeted amount.

. After 12 months of lean, 4 HMMWVV's/hour with the same manpower, at half

the budget amount.
