repossession agents, insurance companies and appraisers to determine

resolutions include repossession, charge-off, or litigation.

Responsibilities: Collect or adjust customer accounts in the best
interest of Chrysler Financial and customer involved. Prepare accounts for
charge-off, repossession, and litigation before accounts rolls 60 days past
due. Accept arrangements and develop a plan to bring customer account
current. Maintain and check daily all legal documents are sent within a
timely manner. Make manual outbound calls and utilize dialer system to
make outbound calls and also take inbound calls.
Customer Service Representative (04/02-02/03)
Responsibilities: Collect or adjust customer accounts in
the best interest of Chrysler Financial and customer involved, by following
the guidelines given in the training process. Make every attempt to
professionally ensure receipt of payment, investigate the reason for delay,
and offer solutions to resolve account before 30 days past due. Utilize all
collection tools to resolve the accounts, through the utilization of dialer
system, maintain quality customer contacts through inbound and outbound
calling through the utilization and guidelines giving in training and
monitoring sessions.

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot third generation modems to determine
strength of the
